STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, lesson packages, bookings, and purchases made with Raphi Velez Golf.

Payment Terms

All payments must be completed before the lesson or package is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice or order confirmation.

Lesson Packages

Lesson packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons after the one-year period will expire and will not be refunded, transferred, or extended unless approved in writing by Raphi Velez Golf.

Scheduling

Clients are responsible for scheduling their lessons through the booking calendar or the method provided by Raphi Velez Golf. Availability may vary depending on location, instructor schedule, weather conditions, and facility availability.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments may result in the lesson being counted as used.

Refunds

All sales of lesson packages are final. Refunds are not guaranteed once a package or service has been purchased. Any refund or credit request will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Raphi Velez Golf.

Weather and Facility Conditions

Lessons may be rescheduled due to weather, course conditions, facility closures, or other circumstances outside the control of Raphi Velez Golf. In these cases, the lesson will be rescheduled and will not be considered lost.

Service Commitment

Raphi Velez Golf agrees to provide professional golf instruction and make reasonable efforts to deliver quality services. However, improvement in performance depends on the client’s practice, consistency, physical condition, and commitment. Results are not guaranteed.

Liability

Clients participate in golf lessons and related activities at their own risk. Raphi Velez Golf is not responsible for injuries, accidents, personal property loss, or damages that may occur during lessons, practice, or use of the facilities, except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States law.
